About Our Healthcare Access Program
In the heart of rural India, a simple fever can become a crisis, and a routine check-up is a luxury. Millions in underserved villages across Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, and the NCT of Delhi lack access to even the most basic healthcare, leading to preventable suffering and lost lives.
The challenge is vast:
* Over 75% of India’s healthcare infrastructure is concentrated in urban areas, serving only 35% of the population.
* In rural areas, the doctor-to-patient ratio can be as low as 1:30,000, far below the WHO recommendation.
* Non-communicable diseases (like diabetes, hypertension) are rising rapidly in villages, with no facilities for diagnosis or management.
* Women and children are the most affected, with limited access to prenatal care, vaccinations, and nutritional support.
Our Medical Camps are a direct response to this emergency.
We believe that distance should not decide destiny. Our program is designed to break down barriers and deliver critical healthcare services directly to the doorsteps of those who need it most.
What We Provide at Our Camps:
* Preventative Care: Health education sessions on hygiene, nutrition, and disease prevention. Vaccination drives for children and mothers.
* Diagnostics: On-the-spot basic testing including blood sugar, blood pressure, hemoglobin, BMI, ECGs, and rapid tests for common diseases.
* Treatment: A team of dedicated doctors and paramedics provides free consultations and distributes free medications for common ailments.
* Specialist Referrals: We identify critical cases (e.g., cataracts, heart conditions, advanced diseases) and facilitate their referral and subsidized treatment at partner network hospitals.
* Women & Child Health: Dedicated sessions on maternal health, antenatal care, and pediatric consultations to ensure the well-being of the most vulnerable.
