Program director
Full-time volunteer
As Program Director, Varinder Singh plans and coordinates the foundation’s initiatives. Serving remotely as an unpaid volunteer, he connects leadership, field teams, and communities to help projects move from idea to delivery.
His work focuses on sound planning, efficient coordination, and measurable results.
Leads the development of projects and programs aligned with the foundation’s mission.
Coordinates teams, timelines, and resources across project locations in India.
Develops clear systems for operations and communication between remote and field teams.
Tracks progress and outcomes to support accountability to donors and communities.
Brings project findings together to inform future plans and report results.
Connects leadership, field teams, and communities so plans can become practical action.
Varinder contributes his time and skills as a full-time, unpaid volunteer in support of the foundation’s mission.

For donors
The foundation reports approval under Section 80G. Depending on the organization’s current approval category and the donor’s circumstances, an eligible donation may qualify for a deduction. A 50% category can be subject to a qualifying limit; a deduction is not automatic or unlimited.
Ask the foundation for its current approval details, a donation receipt, and Form 10BE where applicable. The Income Tax Department advises donors to confirm the institution’s status and deduction category before claiming a deduction.
